Did you know that there are more than 100 million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001? RAPTRAD IMAGINE is proud to be one of them; we obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2015!
The ISO 9001 standard defines the criteria for an effective quality management system, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and continual improvement.
We have customized this quality management system for application to our core areas of expertise at RAPTRAD IMAGINE: multilingual communications and linguistic solutions: translation, localization, linguistic engineering, interpreting, writing, creation and production of communications materials.
Today, all new hires and interns receive training on the ISO 9001 standard as part of our onboarding process, and refresher training is organized for employees on a regular basis.
Monitoring audits and recertification audits are conducted periodically to ensure continuous adherence to the quality management principles of the standard.
At RAPTRAD IMAGINE, compliance with the ISO 9001 standard is a way to ensure that our customers get consistent, high-quality translations and language services.
RAPTRAD IMAGINE is proud to adhere to the highest international standards and has been ISO 17100-certified since 2016. This standard applies specifically to translation service providers (TSP) and language service providers (LSP).
ISO 17100 outlines the management of core processes, minimum qualification requirements, the availability and management of resources, and other aspects associated with delivering quality translation services to customers.
This standard also underscores the importance of root cause analysis and corrective action methodology in eliminating non-conformities in the translation process.
Today, ISO 17100 plays a pivotal role across all processes at RAPTRAD IMAGINE. The principles effectively guide our project managers’ actions at every step in the production workflow.
Compliance with ISO 17100 has helped streamline our internal operations while fostering company-wide communication and the sharing of best practices. By rigorously applying this standard, we are able to deliver high-quality translation and language services that consistently meet or exceed our customers’ requirements, further enhancing customer confidence.

As part of our approach to corporate social responsibility, in 2022, RAPTRAD SUD OUEST initiated a business sustainability assessment with EcoVadis.
EcoVadis is currently the world’s largest provider of business sustainability rankings. It has created a global network of over 100,000 businesses operating in some 200 industries in more than 175 countries.
EcoVadis measures the sustainability performance of companies and organizations while also taking into consideration input from external stakeholders.
The four key performance areas are as follows: environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. These four categories are evaluated using 21 sustainability criteria.
RAPTRAD SUD OUEST received the gold sustainability rating, putting it in the top 5% with respect to other companies in the same sector assessed across the EcoVadis database. RAPTRAD SUD OUEST obtained its highest score in the “labor & human rights” category.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Sustainable development and ethical conduct are guiding forces at RAPTRAD IMAGINE.
We make every effort to remain socially responsible as we conduct our business, with a focus on employee well-being and our impact on the environment. Our corporate social responsibility policy informs social dialog, our mobility policy, support for personnel, our training plan, and our environmental protection program.
RAPTRAD IMAGINE is also committed to reducing its environmental footprint and has undertaken the following concrete actions with this in mind:
- Installing environmentally friendly heat pumps in our offices
- Raising employee awareness about the resources required for data storage
- Going paperless whenever possible and using recycled paper when necessary
- Recycling used ink cartridges
- Implementing recycling programs in conjunction with les joyeux recycleurs and Easytri
- Recovering bio-waste in the break room
- Embracing reusable dishware and eating utensils
- Reducing our consumption of water and electricity
- Limiting emissions from company vehicles
- Promoting soft mobility and encouraging the use of public transportation.
RAPTRAD IMAGINE is also proud to support associations working to improve access to education, employment, and mobility for disabled people, and taking action to eliminate discrimination and exclusion by ordering certain office supplies from these organizations.
